Movement & Physical Conditioning

Movement and physical conditioning is the structured, individually guided use of exercise as part of a recovery programme — matched to each client’s fitness, health history, and clinical needs. At Holina Executive, it is never a generic fitness routine.

Why Physical Conditioning Is Part of Recovery

Regular, appropriately paced movement supports mood regulation, sleep quality, and stress resilience, all of which are commonly disrupted during early recovery. Movement is introduced gently and deliberately, in step with the rest of your programme.

How Your Programme Is Calibrated

There is no standard regimen. Your conditioning is built around your current fitness level, your health history, and where you are in recovery. For clients in early recovery or following detox, planning may include input from a physician to ensure activity is safe and appropriate.

One-to-One Training, Not a Gym Class

All conditioning is delivered privately, one specialist to one client. There are no group fitness classes, no shared sessions, and no fixed timetable to keep pace with.

Movement as Part of the Wider Programme

Movement is coordinated with your nutrition and sleep as part of our Nutrition & Longevity work — physical activity, recovery, and how you eat are planned together, not in separate silos.

Do I need to be fit to take part?

No. Conditioning begins wherever you are. Your starting point is assessed at the outset and activity is calibrated accordingly.

Will I be training in a gym with other people?

No. All sessions are one-to-one, one specialist to one client, taking place privately on the estate.

Holina Executive occupies a private estate in Cyprus, host to no more than twelve clients at a time — room to move, to rest, and to recover without an audience.
