Life at Holina Executive
Holina Executive is a private Cypriot limestone estate built directly on the Mediterranean, shared among no more than twelve clients at any time. Care here is never delivered in a group — it is one-to-one, unhurried, and built around the individual. That standard only holds because of the people who deliver it.
We hire deliberately and in small numbers. The work asks for discretion, steadiness, and a genuine understanding of what recovery demands — often because you have lived it yourself. In return you join an experienced clinical and support team across the Holina network, working in a setting designed for focus rather than volume.
Holina Executive does not accept open bookings, and it does not hire casually. Every application is read with care and treated with complete confidentiality.
Open Roles
We are looking for responsible 12-step counsellors in active recovery to support patients at Holina's two residential recovery centers in Cyprus (Holina Village + Holina Executive). All candidates are assessed on their qualifications, certifications, and lived experience.
