For the people we work with, privacy is not a preference — it is a precondition. Confidentiality at Holina Executive is built into the structure of the place itself: a remote coastal estate, a strictly limited number of clients, and a way of working that keeps your presence here quiet by design. What follows is how that protection holds at every stage of your stay.
Privacy By Design
Privacy here begins with the setting, not with a policy. The estate sits in a secluded position on the Cyprus coast, away from public view and passing attention, reached by application only. We accept no more than twelve clients at any time, which means there are no crowds to move through and no communal programme that puts you in a room with strangers. There is no public register of who is in residence and no visible signal, from outside or in, of why you are here.
Discretion In Practice
Day to day, discretion shows in the details. You stay in a private suite, and your clinical care is delivered one to one rather than in groups, so your history is shared only with the people directly responsible for it. Contact with the outside world is handled quietly and on your terms. Our team is guided by a simple principle: what happens here is not discussed elsewhere, and your presence is never confirmed to anyone you have not authorised.
After You Leave
Confidentiality does not end when your stay does. The care taken with your information while you are here carries forward: records are handled with the same restraint, and your time with us is not referenced without your agreement. We do not publish client names, use stays as marketing, or acknowledge who has been here.
Is my stay confirmed to anyone outside my care team?
No. Your presence is never confirmed to anyone you have not authorised, and information is shared only with those directly responsible for your care.
Does confidentiality continue after I leave?
Yes. Records are handled with the same restraint after your stay, and your time with us is never referenced without your agreement.
All of this rests on the estate itself. A private stretch of the Cyprus coast, held for a handful of people at a time, is what makes genuine discretion possible — not as a promise printed somewhere, but as something you feel from the moment you arrive to long after you have gone.
